BUVARDO's return policy is straightforward and customer-friendly. You can return goods in their original, unused condition and original packaging, along with payment documents, within 30 days of delivery.
Conditions for returns:
- Goods must be in original, unused condition without damage, scratches, alterations, or signs of use.
- Original packaging and documentation must be included.
- Personalized items and custom made products are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Sale and outlet items are also final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Bulk and wholesale products are non-cancelable and non-returnable.
To initiate a return, inform us via email and we will assist with arranging delivery through a suitable carrier. The BUVARDO return policy is customer-focused and straightforward. If you need to return an item, simply inform us via email, and we will assist you in arranging delivery with a suitable carrier.
Please note that all return costs must be paid directly to the shipping company and BUVARDO is not responsible for any mishandling, loss, damage, or theft of return packages.
Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund or exchange within 5-7 days, excluding shipping, brokerage fees, and duties.
Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery and in the original unused condition with original packaging and documentation.
