We offer four distinct series of Desk Sets: Business, Premium, Luxury, and Relief. While all sets include the same accessories and composition, they differ in the type of leather used:

Business Sets: Made from durable Cuoietto leather with a polyurethane coating for enhanced resilience. Premium Sets: A blend of Cuoietto and Full Grain leather, offering a sophisticated mix of durability and luxury. Luxury Sets: Crafted from premium Full Grain leather, known for its superior quality and timeless appeal. Relief Sets: Made from embossed leather, each piece features BUVARDO’s signature pattern, adding an extra layer of uniqueness and elegance.

The foundation of Cuoietto leather is a high-quality second layer of leather that has been treated with a thin, multi-layered polyurethane coating. This provides the leather with additional, although not absolute, moisture protection and increased resistance to external mechanical stress. We collaborate with the leading producers of this type of leather from the north of Italy. Cuoietto leather comes in a wide range of colors and has a smooth, matte finish.

Full Grain leather is the most expensive category of leather due to its use of unblemished hides obtained from the animal's life. It is also due to the fact that its surface is not corrected, allowing the upper layer of the epidermis to remain intact and convey the natural beauty of the material. The natural pattern, wrinkles, and folds on the surface create a unique aesthetic and features such as resistance to moisture and scratches. Since Full Grain leather is the most expensive material, it is processed using only vegetable tanning. This category is considered the most premium in the world of cowhide

Our products are crafted from real leather. The sets are made from vegetable-tanned Full Grain leather sourced from Tuscany, Italy, and Cuoietto leather with polyurethane cover from the Veneto region of Italy.

Our accessories are thoughtfully packaged to ensure they arrive to you in perfect condition. Each item is carefully placed in a white box, with each accessory further protected by an additional smaller white box. Each accessory is also wrapped in a branded linen bag to safeguard against scratches and other potential damage. Prior to shipping, the outer box is wrapped in stretch film for added protection during transit. Additionally, each set includes branded paper gift bags so that you can present your gift in the best possible way. We take pride in the attention to detail we put into our packaging to provide you with an exceptional unboxing experience.

We're happy to receive orders for additional accessories and customization, but please note that it's necessary to pre-coordinate the parameters. Such orders typically require an additional 3-4 weeks, on top of the regular delivery time. If you're interested, please send an application via email or messenger and we'll be happy to fulfill your request.

We offer customization options such as changing the blotter size, selecting a different thread color, creating a bespoke set, and adding a logo

If you would like to pay for your order using a bank card, simply add the desired products to your cart and click the "MAKE ORDER" button. Next, fill in the necessary fields, and if you have chosen the "Online Card Payment" option, you will be automatically redirected to the card payment section when you submit your order.

If you prefer to pay for your order using an invoice, simply add the desired products to your cart and click the "MAKE ORDER" button. Next, fill in the necessary fields, and if you have chosen the "Bank Transfer" option when submitting your order, you will receive an invoice for payment by email once we have received your payment details.

We partner with reliable transport companies, like those in the FeDex category, for your shipping needs. However, if you have a preferred company that has a representative office in Yerevan and meets our reliability standards, just send us a message and we'll make arrangements for your order to be delivered by them.

Each transport company we work with provides a tracking service, which allows you to follow your parcel's journey and location in real-time. Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with all the information you need to track its delivery.

Our products are made with the highest standards of quality, but in the unlikely event that you detect a manufacturing defect, we'll take care of it for you. please reach out to us by email at sales@buvardo.com and we'll send you a free replacement as soon as possible.

FedEx provides delivery guarantees of 10-12 days to almost anywhere in the world. After you place your order, we require about one week to prepare and collect it at the pickup point before shipping. In total, you can expect your order to arrive within two to three weeks, although it usually arrives within two weeks

We're thrilled to offer free delivery to any country with FeDex courier service! If you're on an isolated island, don't worry - we're happy to explore delivery options with you through chat, messenger, or email.

For regular orders, the average completion time is one week, and you can expect an additional delivery time of one to three weeks for the goods to arrive at your address

We are an international team, but we are primarily based in Armenia because it is a country with a high level of freedom, particularly economic freedom. Although Armenia is now more focused on IT than on traditional crafts, it has a rich history of working with leather and is renowned for its exceptional leather processing skills. For these reasons, we chose Armenia as our base.
