The company uses a quality control system based on the Japanese concept of Kaizen. This philosophy of continuous improvement is at the heart of the best modern methods of quality control.
Kaizen カイゼン — means permanent improvement. In production, Kaizen means the continuous improvement of standards, technology, conditions, criteria for evaluating results, in which everyone is involved - from top management to an intern.
